I have been seeing Mary Baca for over 10 years for trauma, anxiety and PTSD. I have had PTSD for more than 45 years due to trauma I experienced first as a child and then continued in my career as a volunteer and professional firefighter. My advice to other brothers and sisters in public safety suffering from PTSD, anxiety or depression: Please get help! Your family, friends, and coworkers will be behind you.
