Wherever you’re at in the stages of your career development, either hitting the ground running after licensure, farther along as a seasoned Clinician lacking the motivation and enthusiasm you once had for the profession, or somewhere in between we’ve got you! In mental health the processes of mentorship and supervision aim to support professional growth and development. However, supervision itself is not enough. Mentorship encompasses a more expansive range of career guidance and incorporates personal development as well. It cannot be denied that when it comes to working with clients, we bring ourselves into the therapeutic relationship. Supervision evaluates clinical practice providing specific skills, and our mentorship program will teach skills enhancing learning opportunities for external AND internal growth. Our “Be-Come” Mentorship and CEU program is holistic in that way, seeing the clinician as a whole person in where they currently are (“Be”) and guiding their trajectory in the direction they want to move (“Come”). The program incorporates individual and also group learning providing an opportunity for camaraderie and also individual focus. In person and virtual courses and consultations are offered to enhance your highest growth potential.
